Deciding which beers to put on tap — or rotate into the mix — is a regular challenge for beer retailers. Beyond navigating the vast selection of beers is also trying to be a mind reader: What beers are your customers wanting to drink?
A poll of more than 5,000 on-premise consumers by Nielsen/CGA turned up some interesting results. The key point: The majority of consumers want a tap list that is balanced. What that means depends heavily on your customer mix.
